SEVEN-DAY WAITING PERIOD
On May 15, 2024, HB 129, pushed through by radical Democrats and allowed to flourish by do-nothing Republicans, became law, establishing an unconstitutional seven-day waiting period to purchase firearms in New Mexico.
Among the exemptions included in the new law are valid concealed handgun permit holders.
